These kettles are made from 18 gauge polished stainless steel. Perfect for the brewer on a budget! These kettles are very similar in quality and weight to the 30qt Polarware kettles except they are polished instead of brushed and they hold 2 qt more. This kit comes complete with a female weldless bulkhead and bazooka screen (save over $10 from buying separate).
