Use in Belgian Wit, Holiday Ales, Summer Ales or anywhere else you want a Grand Mariner type zing.
Use 1/2 to 1oz depending on your taste for each 5 gallons you are brewing.
Add the peels 15 to 20 minutes from the end of your boil. If you are making a Wit,
you may also want to add crushed coriander (also 1/2 to 1 oz by taste per 5 gallons).
Coriander can be added at the same time as the peel.
Also a great compliment to honey and Paradise Seed.
