Details

Aids starch conversion in all-grain brewing. It will reduce the finishing gravity by breaking down unfermentable sugars into fermentable form.
I've seen it used to make dry lagers that ferment out almost completely, but it can assist in any enzyme-poor mash.
Use 1 tsp per 5 gallons added at the same time you pitch your yeast.
