It is used to upgrade all types of beer, including light colored beers. The non-fermentables in Carapils® malt are very useful in balancing the body and flavor of dark beers. A low usage rate of 1-5% of total grain bill will help achieve desired results. Carapils® is also known as Carafoam®.
