A HomeBrewStuff Original - All American Amber Ale Recipe Kit
This amber ale is big on malt and big on hops! The deep amber color comes from ample use of specialty grains, which also add a rich caramel and toast malt aroma. Of course you cant be shy with the hops out here in the Pacific Northwest! So we have added a healthy portion of Cascade and Centennial hops late in the boil for a big hop nose without being too bitter.
