Focus on service: We WANT to talk to you, that means that when you call with a question we will answer the phone, when you email we will answer the same day.

Free Drop Shipping:  We understand the high costs of shipping and carrying inventory, that's why we won't charge you extra to send items directly to your customer - no matter how small the order.

Personalized Drop Shipping:  We understand that you want to keep your customers coming back to you, so we offer the special service of adding whatever materials you provide in the packages that are drop shipped to your customers.  Your customer will see only your materials, stickers, or customized packing list.

Online Ordering:  All orders can be entered online, no need to mess with faxes, PO's, or phone calls.  In addition you will have a record of past orders, and shipment tracking.  If you want to order the old fashioned way, that's fine too.

Immediate Shipping:  All In-Stock orders placed before 12:00 PT will ship the SAME DAY

Flexible Payment Options:  Orders can be paid online by credit card, by PayPal, or you can submit your order as a Purchase Order and pay by account or check.

Back-order / split order:  We have a policy of shipping in stock items right away,  if you have ordered an item that is back-ordered we will LET YOU KNOW right away, then we will CALL you as soon as it is available to A) make sure you still want it, B) make sure you don't need anything else shipped with it,  C) make sure you don't need express shipping.

Original Items:  We are not just another distributor buying and reselling the same parts.  We are Importing custom items, manufacturing, and creating new stuff all of the time.  This allows us to be a TRUE distributor not just another reseller.
