Our SIERRA CREST PALE ALE has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.  The malt profile is not lost however, a slight biscuity aroma and caramel sweetness add to the complexity of this easy drinking beer.   When you drink this beer it is not hard to understand why the distinct grapefruit citrus flavor of the Cascade hops have become so popular.
